We thank you in advance for following our advertising guidelines. There are no exceptions to these guidelines, as they are print technology necessities. Anything less than our standard effects print quality and will not be able to be reproduced.

Note: If an ad is formatted incorrectly, we will work to correct it and bring it print industry standards. If this is the case, any associated charges incurred will be billed back directly to the customer. A full list of graphic guidelines and specs are listed below. The specs are in place to ensure that all ads reprint in a way that is clean, crisp, precise and most importantly, clearly legible.
- We do not support Publisher files and cannot open them.
- We accept files in:
- QuarkXpress
- Adobe Illustrator (save as an .eps/convert all text to outlines).
- Adobe Photoshop (300 dpi, hi-res CMYK or grayscale .tif or .jpgs; or 1200 dpi bitmap files only).
- Hi-resolution PDF files (use “press quality” or “high quality print” settings when creating your .pdf file, or ask us for customized settings for you to use when distilling your file).
- For all of the above submissions, please make sure your ad file is sized to the correct dimensions of the ad space you reserved.
- If you cannot provide in any of these ways, we accept CLEAN, BLACK INK ON WHITE PAPER, hard copy, high-quality laser prints.
- Color copies/ink jet printouts are not advised as scans come out in low quality.
